Core Strength:

All levels. Series of standing and floor exercises to strengthen core, lower and upper body, advanced breathing techniques.

Stretching class:

All levels. This class offers deep stretch and release of tightness and pain, gradually leading to flexibility and ease.

Joints & spine:

All levels. Class focused on increasing mobility and health of joints and spine by removing extra air from the joints.

Stress release + Yoga Nidra:

All levels. Focus on upper body, stress release, awakening of the healing and rejuvenating potential of the body through prolonged yoga nidra.

Gentle Flow:

All levels. Regardless of flexibility or strength, this class offers gentle whole body gentle stretches and exercises.

Private Classes:

Individually tailerod to student's needs. Designed to improve wellbeing.

Chakra Sadana:

Special, 4 months program, to harmonize, balance, and stimulate all chakras in the body.
