Intermediate. Series of standing and floor exercises which strengthen core, lower and upper body with advanced breathing techniques and guided mediation.

All levels. Class focused on increasing mobility and health of joints and spine by removing extra air from the joints.
All levels. Focus on upper body, stress release, awakening of the healing and rejuvenating potential of the body through prolonged yoga nidra.
All levels. Regardless of flexibility or strength, this class offers gentle whole body gentle stretches and exercises.
