Classes

Intermediate Level + Meditation:

Intermediate. Series of standing and floor exercises which strengthen core, lower and upper body with advanced breathing techniques and guided mediation.

Stretching:

All levels. Deep stretch and release of tightness and pain through postures that gradually lead to flexibility and ease.

Joints & spine:

All levels. Class focused on increasing mobility and health of joints and spine by removing extra air from the joints.

Back, Neck and Shoulders:

All levels. Focus on upper body, stress release, awakening of the healing and rejuvenating potential of the body through prolonged yoga nidra.

Gentle Flow:

All levels. Regardless of flexibility or strength, this class offers gentle whole body gentle stretches and exercises.
