Strength & Flexibility::

All levels. Series of standing and floor practice to strengthen core, lower and upper body; advanced breathing techniques.

Meditation:

Guided mediation, suitable for beginners.

Stretching Class:

All levels. Deep stretch and release of tightness and pain through postures that gradually lead to flexibility and ease.

Joints & spine:

All levels. Class focused on increasing mobility and health of joints and spine by removing extra air from the joints.

Stress release + Yoga Nidra:

All levels. Focus on upper body, stress release, awakening of the healing and rejuvenating potential of the body through prolonged yoga nidra.

Gentle Flow:

All levels. Regardless of flexibility or strength, this class offers gentle whole body gentle stretches and exercises.

Private Classes:

Individually tailerod to student's needs. Designed to improve wellbeing.

Rates:

Block of 10 or 20 classes: $20/class | Unlimited: $180/month or $780/6 months | Private Class: $120
