Kids Yoga

Class is designed to help kids gain:

  • Strength and correct posture
    through dynamic excercise and games
  • Flexibility
    through stretches
  • Calmness
    by using breathing and relaxation techniques
  • Positivity and confidence
    through creative visualization
  • Focus and concentration
    through meditation and balancing postures

Schedule:

Ages 3 - 5
Wednesdays and Fridays 1:00 - 1:40pm

Ages 6 and up
Thursdays 4:00 - 4:45pm

Classes start September 9th 2016
